Dear Colleagues and Friends,

the members of the Centre for Early Medieval Studies at the Department of Art History would like to cordially invite you to the first lecture of the jubilee series of the StředověC JinaX. It is exactly 10 years since the first lecture of the series took place. We will start as usual with a lecture by prof. Ivan Foletti, who this time will talk about whether the Middle Ages are the Dark Ages or not. This semester the lectures will be held both online and physically. Therefore, we would like to invite you to this anniversary lecture in the Hans Belting Library, where we will meet on Thursday , September 30, at 19:00.

The lecture will be held in Czech and streamed live via our YouTube channel (here) on Sep. 30, 2021 from 7 p.m., and will be accessible later on our YouTube profile (here).
